Richard Bernstein

Co-Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors

Richard Bernstein is a successful, entrepreneurial visionary and businessman who conceived, designed, built, financed, and brought to the public markets the first chain of dental centers to specialize in same-day restorative dentistry. Dental World Centers, Inc. (NASD symbol, DWLD), a start-up dental management company underwritten by Patten Securities Corp., was the first such dental management company to go public in the United States on August 28, 1980. Mr. Bernstein both founded and participated in several US and international private and public asset management/investment banking companies that specialize in business development and capital formation. In 2000, Mr. Bernstein introduced and privately sponsored the first PEMF Institutional Review Board study focused on fibromyalgia with Touro College of Health Sciences. The successful and positive results of the study were published in the US Library of Congress in 2001. Mr. Bernstein and his associates created and developed a start-up international business management advisory company, IPO Russia, Inc. (NASD symbol, IPOR) which successfully completed its initial public offering on July 9, 2004. IPOR’s initial public offering was underwritten by Windham Securities, Inc., of New York. In addition, Mr. Bernstein founded IPOR Capital, LLC, an affiliate of IPO Russia, Inc., an NASD and SIPC member registered broker dealer company, as well as IPO Russia, Ltd., in London, England. From 2010 to 2019, Mr. Bernstein was a member of the Board of Examiners of ASMDT, a dental technology teaching institution affiliated with NYU College of Dentistry’s department of continuing education. Mr. Bernstein is currently President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Medgizmo, Inc.

Joseph Weisberg, P.T., Ph.D.

Co-Founder, Wellness Director, Member of the Board of Directors

Dr. Joseph Weisberg received his B.S., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees at NYU. At Touro College School of Health Sciences, he developed the physical therapy program, served as a distinguished professor and was the Dean of the school. Dr. Weisberg is the founder of North Shore Rehabilitation in Great Neck, New York and is still practicing physical therapy. He has both authored and co-authored more than 30 publications in peer reviewed dental and physical therapy journals and has also contributed a chapter in a book entitled “Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy”. Dr. Weisberg has co-authored three books: “Physical Agents, A Comprehensive Text for Physical Therapists”, in December 1994, a dental book “Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders, Diagnosis and Treatment”, in July 1985, and “3 Minutes to a Pain-Free Life”, from Atria Books (division of Simon & Schuster) in 2005. Dr. Weisberg has presented and participated in more than 25 seminars nationally and internationally. His additional professional activities have included supervisory assistance of doctoral students and he has served on the advisory boards of two nationally recognized healthcare professional associations. In addition, he has served on the editor review board of the General Orthopedic and Sports journal. Dr. Weisberg currently maintains memberships in one professional society and is the recipient of five professional and academic awards. Dr. Weisberg is a co-founder of Medgizmo, Inc. and serves as the Wellness Director and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Ronald Ranieri, M.B.A., L.N.H.A.

Co-Founder, Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Ranieri began his business career as a financial analyst at several companies located on Long Island, New York, providing results of a computerized analysis of corporate operations. From 1984 to 2008 he was the Owner/Administrator of the Nesconset Nursing Center, a 240-bed Skilled Nursing Facility employing 350 people in Nesconset, New York. Mr. Ranieri was responsible for the overall daily operation of the facility and for ensuring compliance with all required federal, state and local regulations. Under his direction, the facility was “deficiency free” in fifteen of the twenty-two unannounced annual surveys conducted by the NY State Department of Health, a record not equaled by many nursing homes in the state or across the nation. In addition, he established the first medical model Adult Day Health Services (Adult Day Care) program on Long Island in 1985. In 1989, Nesconset Nursing Center became the first proprietary facility in New York State to open a free-standing medical model Adult Day Care Program. In September 1994, Mr. Ranieri opened a second free-standing medical model Adult Day Care Program. With a combined staff of 70 employees, Mr. Ranieri oversaw the operation of these Adult Day Health Service programs, which addressed the medical and social needs of 180 registrants from the community. While in the nursing home industry, Mr. Ranieri was actively involved at both the local and state levels holding various executive officer positions in the Suffolk County Health Facilities Association, an association of 31 nursing facilities caring for over 5,200 residents. Since 2008, Mr. Ranieri has been involved in the investment and start-up of a number of high-tech companies. Mr. Ranieri holds a B.S. in Economics from Lafayette College (Pennsylvania) and an M.B.A. from Pace University in New York City. Mr. Ranieri is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of Medgizmo, Inc.

Mohammed Sana Ullah, Ph.D.

Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Board of Directors

Dr. Ullah participated in the Developmental Dislocation of the Hip (DDH) Orthopedic clinic study project of Mount Sinai and Elmhurst Hospital Center in Elmhurst, New York. Dr Ullah is a financial strategist, and a past member of First Investors Capital Company of Astoria, New York. Dr. Ullah is an experienced human resources and financial manager, with various service companies. Dr. Ullah served as the Chief Financial Analyst at Penn Medical Services located in Bayonne, New Jersey. He has extensive experience and interaction with numerous international communities in the United States. Dr. Ullah earned his B.A. in Economics and Finance from the City University of New York, his M.B.A. from New York Institute of Technology in New York City and his D.B.A. from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Ullah is highly recognized for his contributions to the International Symposium on Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH). Dr. Ullah is registered with the National Institute of Health where he maintains a Life and Health Insurance license. In addition, Dr. Ullah is a Microsoft Certified Professional & Systems Engineer. Dr. Ullah is the acting Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors of Medgizmo, Inc.

Cleveland Johnson III, B.S.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Foot World Center, Inc., Member of the Board of Directors

Cleveland Johnson III received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University’s prestigious School of Business & Industry in Tallahassee. Mr. Johnson’s background includes significant experience in technology, government and retail operations. He also held positions in state and local governments including the NY State Housing Finance Agency/State of NY Mortgage Agency and the Town of Islip, one of the largest townships in NY State, representing the elected Town Board in areas of public relations. Mr. Johnson recently concluded four terms in the US House of Representatives serving as an Aide to former Rep. Lee Zeldin. Mr. Johnson began his professional career in Information Technology holding positions of increasing responsibility and complexity in government, higher education and the private sector. He was the first hire of the “Wealth Team”, a specially formed group at Forbes Magazine dedicated to producing, expanding and leveraging the venerable publication’s flagship editions (“Forbes 400”, “Billionaires”). Mr. Johnson supported staff at Forbes’ international bureaus and in “Silicon Alley” at Forbes.com during the height of the ‘Dot.Com’ boom. Transitioning into sales, Cleveland utilized his extensive customer service and tech skills to generate success and substantial sales growth throughout the Southeast while garnering accolades from management and customers alike. Returning to New York and his government roots, Cleveland briefly worked in the office of a NY State Senator before transitioning with him after his successful run for Congress. Cleveland and his wife currently run a non-profit in southeast Arizona ministering to the poor and disadvantaged on the southern border. Cleveland Johnson III, is Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Foot World Center, Inc., (a wholly-owned subsidiary of PEMF World Center, Inc.) and a Member of the Board of Directors of Medgizmo, Inc.

Arkady Voloshin, Ph.D., Ph.D.

Director of Technology Advisory Board

Dr. Arkady Voloshin is an internationally known Professor and Scientist in two areas of knowledge – optical methods in experimental mechanics and biomechanics of the human musculoskeletal system. Dr. Voloshin received his M.S. degree in Engineering Physics from Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University in Russia and his Ph.D. in Solid Mechanics, Materials and Systems from Tel-Aviv University in Israel. He joined Lehigh University in Pennsylvania in 1984, where he is currently Professor of Bioengineering as well as Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics.  Dr. Voloshin has authored more than 250 technical publications and scientific papers. Dr. Voloshin was elected “Academic Adviser” to the Russian Academy of Science, in 1999. Professor Voloshin is currently, Director of Medgizmo’s Technology Advisory Board.

Cleveland Johnson, Jr., M.P.A. (1934-2022)

Cleveland Johnson, Jr., received his B.S. in Business Administration at Tri-State (Trine) University in Angola, Indiana, and Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree at NYU. Mr. Johnson is the former Regional Director of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the President George H.W. Bush Administration. Mr. Johnson worked in the public sector for thirty-five years, holding positions of responsibility and leadership throughout. From military service to New York City, and then town, county, state, and federal governments, Mr. Johnson has demonstrated his expertise in crafting many innovative and multi-disciplinary approaches to the development of social policy for the country. While blending this unique high-level government background with successful business experience, Mr. Johnson has developed a range of influence that spans all levels of government, both executive and legislative, as well as the private sector. Mr. Johnson directed HHS Region II with more than 8,500 employees and program expenditures in excess of $64 billion dollars. The region consists of the states of New York and New Jersey and the territories of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Since leaving government, Mr. Johnson has turned his full time and attention to the private sector developing new business and capital formation. His continuing commitment to public and community service finds expression by serving on Boards of Directors of public, international and not-for-profit organizations such as IPO Russia Inc., Valu Care Inc. (healthcare), Dental World Inc., 20-year Advisory Council member and Member of Board of Directors for Southside Hospital (Northwell), and as the President & Chairman of the Board of Cornell Cooperative Extension. Additionally, Mr. Johnson served over 30 years on the boards of Allstate Life Insurance Co. of New York and lntrAmerica Life Insurance Company of Northbrook, Illinois, and he held licenses in real estate and NASD Registered Representative (Life and Health Insurance).
